Simply Superb Pecan Pie

PARIS, 9 NOVEMBER 2007A recipe for a delicious pecan

Ingredients
3 Eggs, beaten 1 cup Sugar 1/2 cup dark Corn Syrup 1
teaspoon Vanilla 6 tablespoons melted Butter 1 cup Pecans,
pieces or halves 1 unbaked 9-inch Pie crust

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 dgrees.
- Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and melted
butter. Add pecans.
- Line pie dish with uncooked short pastry and prick the bottom
with a fork. Pour the beaten mixture into the pastry and arrange the
pecans halves so that they are all facing crinkly side up.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until knife inserted halfway
between outside and center comes out clean.
Serving suggestion
Serve cold or warm. Delicious
with whipped cream.
