ZURICH, 14 September 2006—Starting tomorrow at the Zurich Airport, travellers can learn all about the history of chocolate production while sampling the end product to their heart's content. Entitled Soul of Chocolate,  the exhibition in the Airside Center features shows and demonstrations, plus various sampling stands at which visitors will be able to discover the many ways in which chocolate can be used for creating confectionery products.
Organized by Confiserie Sprüngli, Lindt & Sprüngli, the six-week-long event includes a competition on the theme of Switzerland and Chocolate where young Swiss pâtissiers display their creations before a professional jury. Airline passengers will also have an opportunity to cast a vote and win one of 50 prizes of 10 kilograms (22 lbs) of chocolate!
