TASTING: SOUL OF CHOCOLATE |

Staff Report ZURICH, 14 September 2006—Starting tomorrow at the Zurich Airport, travellers can learn all
about the history of chocolate production while sampling the end product
to their heart's content. Entitled Soul of Chocolate,
the exhibition in the Airside Center features shows and
demonstrations, plus various sampling stands at which visitors will be
able to discover the many ways in which chocolate can be used for creating
