New York, 2 December 2000 - Aria & Pasta, a new eight-week television series from Bravo, The Film and Arts Network in New York, offers an intimate and rare glimpse into the lives and careers of eight internationally known opera stars from where life meets art, in the kitchen!

Host Beverley Bergen travels to Sydney, New York, London, Berlin, San Francisco and the Italian Riviera to share the passions and pasta recipes of Derek Lee Ragin, Marilyn Horne, Sir Thomas Allen, Dmitri Hvorostovsky, Renata Scotto, Ben Heppner, Bryn Terfel and Cecilia Bartoli.

Broadcast every Sunday at 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. (EST), the mini-series features not only pasta recipes, but also includes aria performances by each of the artists. Meanwhile, Net surfers can log onto www.bravotv.com and download the recipes!
