Nominated “revelation of the year" by the French music awards, Victoires De La Musique 2008, French singer / songwriter Renan Luce (b. 1980, Paris) won honours in two categories - Best Album By A Newcomer for Repenti (2006) and Best Tour By A Newcomer for his tour of Francophone nations that he began in 2007.
