In keeping with the cross-genre spirit of the Wordless Music series, pianist Brad Mehldau will perform his first-ever solo recital devoted to composers from the classical canon, with music of Bach and Brahms, and select compositions of his own. Mandolinist Chris Thile (of Punch Brothers and Nickel Creek) will also perform music from Bach next to his own compositions.
Tickets are extremely limited and will be capped at 300 seats for this event. Preferred seating tickets will be on sale for $75 and a limited number of $50 tickets will be made available as well.
Doors open at 10:30pm, with performance to start at 11pm sharp.
