Güçlü Öztekin: kAPLANKADİLAk
ISTANBUL  •  Rampa  •  Ongoing
Güçlü Öztekin (b. 1978, Eskişehir) presents his fourth solo exhibition entitled kAPLANKADİLAk (He was a nasty man but he washed his hands obsessively). The artist presents his work done in acrylic or mixed technique on paper by re-processing them at the gallery space. Mr. Öztekin employs the exhibition venue as a performance space. According to the artist, an artwork is in its crude form until it is exhibited; in order to acquire its full effect at an exhibition, the work must be re-processed.
