Faustin Linyekula: Le Cargo

Until now, Faustin Linyekula has been the teller of stories from his home country, the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He developed ten pieces with the Studios Kabako, a company with which he established in Kinshasa in 2001. Now, for the first time, he presents a solo. Le Cargo is the translation of his memory work about the brutal history of the Congo to his own body, into which this history has written itself.
