Chocolate and style come together for this Parisian event that showcases chocolate makers from around the world. The event includes recipe demonstrations and workshops for children. The 2012 edition of the Salon du Chocolat (World Chocolate and Cocoa Fair) brings together some 180 European and international chocolate makers.
Visitors and chocolate-lovers can discover this year's chocolate trends and buy some of the highest quality products from master-chocolatiers.
The Salon du Chocolat in Paris also features the Cocoa Show (a festive celebration of culture), demonstrations of recipes using cocoa by leading chefs, lectures and tastings, not to mention the famous parade of chocolate dresses.
