To mark the 25th anniversary of Jacques Brel's death, an exhibition, entitled Brel, le droit de Rêver (The Right to Dream) is on view in the Belgian captial. The exhibition is in fact a 90-minute promenade to those places in Brussels which were the scene of Brel's childhood and later his professional career as the leading male Francophone chanteur of his generation.
This show is part of a programme of exhibitions, concerts and cabaret performances proposed by the city of Brussels in memory of Jacques Brel.
