The exhibition aims to trace and select some of the proposals of the art of today which touch the spirit of our times, expressing its conscience and its latent concerns. The participant artists will show work in a variety of media including installations, objects, photography, painting, environments, sculpture and video.
Some of the artists will be asked to create in situ works specifically for Outlook. The three venues will each be given a particular character, so that viewers will realise that they represent three 'chapters' which make up the exhibition as a cohesive entity.
