jazz master, Jon Hendricks, distinguished professor of jazz at the University of Toledo, father of vocalese, and founder of the famous jazz group Lambert, Hendricks, and Ross demonstrates the Art of Scat. Musical accompaniment provided by Mark Kieswetter, piano; Rodney Whittaker, bass; Sean Dobbins, drums; and Ed Levy, guitar. This program is a complement to the exhibition Lee Friedlander: American Musicians.
