The 31-day Atlanta Jazz Festival provides a number of events that bring together world-class jazz with Atlanta’s eclectic arts and entertainment scene. The 27th Atlanta Jazz Festival features Arturo Sandoval, Jimmy Scott and the Jazz Expressions, Ahmad Jamal, Shirley Horn, Russell Gunn, and improvised musicians Yusef Lateef and Adam Rudolph. In addition, the Festival offers a Jazz Education & Workshop Series featuring NEA Jazz Legends, a Youth Jazz Band Competition, Dinner & Jazz in restaurants across Atlanta, and Jazz Jams Late Night among other events.
