Morir a Bagdad is a tribute to the victims of the conflict in Iraq. 38 actors lie in their coffins as the spectators are drawn into a world of anonymous voices which testify to the barbarity of the war.
Thousands and thousands of victims. What was the life of these people like? Night falls and laid out in an imaginary cemetery, the central figures of this tragedy awaken to tell us, in hushed tones, of their last thoughts in life: their fears, their hopes, their secrets, and so on. In the open air, the spectators wander from one grave to the next, and they alone are responsible for what they want to hear.
