More than 40 galleries and private dealers representing artists from the United States and abroad will be on display at photo new york 2004. Highlights of the exhibition will include works by Tseng Kwong Chi, Lauren Greenfield, Vic Muniz, Graciella Sacco, James Nachtwey, Ralph Eugene Meatyard, Francesca Woodman, and Ansel Adams.

In conjunction with the exhibition, a lecture series will also take place on Saturday, October 16 in the upstairs gallery of the Metropolitan Pavilion with special speaking engagements by acclaimed artists including Larry Fink and Joel-Peter Witkin, in addition to a panel sponsored by the George Eastman House, NYC Collectors Club entitled The Evolution of Photography in Print.
