The display comprises a selection of drawings from the Print Room of the National Gallery of Scotland explores the depiction of the nude human body through individual studies and nudes integrated into narrative settings. the display features sketches dating from the sixteenth to the nineteenth century, which were made in Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Britain. Highlights include the work of artists such as Guido Reni, Jordaens, Boucher, Ingres and Allan Ramsay.
