Robert Redford's Sundance Institute runs this most 'insider' of United States independent film festivals-- which has in its turn spawned a host of other, more-independent festivals.
The Film Festival programming staff views more than 3,000 submissions each year to select approximately 125 feature-length documentary and dramatic films and 60 shorts.
The Sundance Online Film Festival features both conventional short films delivered over the Web and new experimental forms of entertainment designed especially for the media of the Web.
