This exhibition devoted to Joseph Mallord William Turner (1775–1851) contains around 180 works. Arranged chronologically and spanning five decades, they provide an impression of the variety and breadth of his immense artistic output. The exhibition is a collaboration between the Tate, London, the Museum Folkwang in Essen and the Kunsthaus Zürich.
